John Lyle
Founder & Managing Director
John is the Founder of Lyle Alexander Consulting and leads clients through our Executive Search process. He also leads our team and provides the strategic backbone to our methodology and day-to-day operations.
As a trail runner, John is often on the trail for hours. We can't tell which part of that is most important, the exercise or being alone in the woods.
Jay Goldstein
Head of Executive Search Delivery
Jay heads up delivery for our Executive Search engagements when we are retained. He also helps senior staffing and consulting sales and recruiting professionals to make impactful career moves.
Although he probably wouldn't write this himself, he is an avid strength & fitness enthusiast. We think he should enter the Senior Olympics. He's also a kitchen scientist — ask him about high protein cooking.
Justin Reich
Executive Search Consultant
Justin places seasoned leaders and sales & recruiting individual contributors into companies across the contingent labor spectrum. With a background in high performance technical recruiting environments he has been up close and personal with the trials, tribulations and glories of running a fast-paced IT desk.
We are blessed to have a hunter and a smoker in one package with Justin. He is a very generous sharer of the spoils of both pursuits.
Jasmin Domingo
Executive Assistant
Jasmin serves as Executive Assistant, bringing a rare blend of operational precision and strategic research support to the firm. With a background rooted in staffing and talent acquisition, she works closely with leadership to ensure the business stays sharp — from keeping day-to-day operations seamlessly on track to conducting deep-dive research that keeps the firm ahead of market opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions.
As an avid traveler, she likes to share pictures of her wild hikes and adventures.
