Why I’m writing it

For the last seven years I’ve spent most of my weeks in long conversations with the people who run and sell in the talent industry: CEOs of investor-backed staffing firms, sales leaders at consultancies and IT services businesses, and the producers who out-bill everyone else in the building. Those conversations show me patterns that rarely make it into the trade press or onto a conference stage.

I’m writing Defend the Margin to share what I’m hearing.
