These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messaging from Lyle Alexander Consulting LLC (“Lyle Alexander Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS text messages from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Types of Messages You May Receive
When you opt in to SMS communications from Lyle Alexander Consulting, you may receive text messages relating to your application, candidacy, or engagement with us, including:
- Updates on your candidate registration or application status
- Interview scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Appointment and call booking confirmations and reminders
- Follow-ups and relevant updates regarding an active search or engagement
- Responses to enquiries you have submitted to us
We send conversational and informational messages related to your relationship with us. We do not send promotional marketing blasts to opted-in numbers.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your level of engagement with us — for example, the stage of an active search or the scheduling of upcoming appointments. You will typically receive messages only when there is an update relevant to you.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Please consult your mobile carrier for details of your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you can opt in again as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
