Project Solutions & Advisory
Straight-talking, practical advice on talent, structure, and growth in services businesses.
What a Project Engagement Looks Like
Some challenges are best met with a structured project engagement — a named expert embedded in your business, working through defined phases with clear deliverables at each stage. We scope every engagement before work begins, manage the coordination so you don't have to, and ensure what gets built is practical enough to use the day it's delivered.
Phase 1 · Discovery
Current State Assessment
A structured review of how your business operates today — workflows, account portfolio, team structure, pipeline health, and conversion data. Includes one-on-one sessions with key team members and observation of live process where relevant. The output is an honest picture of where you are, not where you think you are.
Phase 2 · Strategy
Blueprint & Playbooks
The roadmap and working documents your team actually uses. Depending on the engagement this may include: a fulfillment blueprint, a candidate or client engagement playbook, a go-to-market plan, an org design recommendation, or a metrics and conversion framework. Scoped to the specific need — not a generic deliverable.
Phase 3 · Implementation
Knowledge Transfer & Activation
A working session with your leadership team to walk through every deliverable, answer questions, and begin applying the new framework to live situations. Followed by a leadership debrief presenting findings and specific recommendations for the next phase of growth. Designed to create immediate traction, not future-state planning.
All coordination — scoping, scheduling, billing, and project oversight — is handled by Lyle Alexander Consulting.
